Tajikistan. Dushanbe.

2008-10-27| Askar Isabekov

In Almaty and at all everywhere Mynahs are very similar one to another. I never tried to distinguish these birds, I think it's unsuccessfully. I always have been wanted to watch uncommon coloring Mynah. Even though partial albino bird. Some days ago driving on Dushanbe river's coast road I saw sitting on the concrete fence Mynah which looking lighter than common birds. Today I was going to be on that place and I took binocular and camera. Light Mynah with two common coloring birds was in same place on the river. Birds were very wild and when I paid attention to them Mynahs flew out to other side of the river and sat on poplars. Light Mynah was looked some less than other birds; it has very light wings well visible on flight. Other birds on the river were a lot of Pigeons, Carrion and Hooded Crows. Also today I saw two White Wagtails.
